Welcome to Place Perrault!
Located in Ottawa's east end, in the community of Orléans, Place Perrault is a new four-storey apartment buiding. The apartment building consists of one bedroom rental units, and two bedroom rental units. Situated at 10th Line Road and St. Joseph Boulevard on Eric Czapnik Way, everything you'll need is just minutes away. Although part of the City of Ottawa, Orléans offers a more relaxed small-town atmosphere, while still providing city-like amenities close at hand.
Place Perrault, named after a pioneer family prominent in the area during the 1800's, was built under the Canada-Ontario Affordable Housing Program.
Construction of Place Perrault began during the summer of 2012. The building was finished and ready for occupancy in June of 2014. With rental units on five levels, the building has two elevators, and laundry facilities on each floor. The large windows make for bright apartments with easy viewing of the outdoors.
In the Neighbourhood
You'll welcome the amount of green space in the area. Numerous parks are nearby, and in fact, a brand new park is slated for development on the vacant land just to the west of Place Perrault. All amenities, from grocery stores to banks, to the popular Place D'Orléans shopping centre, are just minutes away on St. Joseph Boulevard.
